### Mr. Joe Batchelor

**Strategic**\
Joe is an experienced investment specialist in technology across hardware, software, Consumer, and Internet public and Private Equity, servicing many of the world's top Traditional and Alternative Investment Managers for the last 20 years. He is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese and has established valuable networks in the global Family Office and Multi-Family sectors.

Ran Pan Asian Sales and was part of the Mizuho Global Senior Management Team; refocused the clients to fit the regional lending strengths. Since 2018, Joe has been a founding partner of Satsuma Capital, a boutique blockchain and alternative asset consultancy connecting East and West Multi-Family Office networks, focused on opportunities in sports esports, digital assets, and high-growth wellness verticals.

### Mr. David Parrish

**Finance**\
He is the Co-Founder of Vertex Labs, a pioneering company at the intersection of blockchain, metaverse, Web3, and AI infrastructure. This innovative venture harnesses decentralized real-time edge rendering technology. David's portfolio includes cutting-edge companies such as Hape NFT, Vertex Network, Caduceus L1 Blockchain, LightCycle Hyper Realistic Metaverse, and Matter Incubator.

Before his involvement with Vertex Labs, David served as the COO of an offshore boutique private bank and as a Senior Partner at a leading hedge fund in London. His extensive experience also includes 12 years as a Senior Director of Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions at a private Asia multi-family office.

### Ms. Bom Yeung

**Co-founder & CMO**\
Bom Yeung, currently based in Hong Kong, serves as the Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer at Soei. I bring over seven years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, having worked as a Business Development Partner and Project Owner. I am also a former member of Ventory Labs, one of China's leading investment funds.
